PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: July 11, 2026
1. Who we are
Qualeady (“Qualeady,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a B2B go-to-market agency. This policy explains what information we collect through qualeady.com (the “Site”), why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
If you have questions, contact us at Hello@qualeady.com.
2. What this policy covers
This applies to:
- Visitors browsing the Site
- People who submit a form (contact form, diagnostic tool, lead magnet download)
- People who chat with Qai, our AI assistant
- Clients and prospects we communicate with by email or phone as a result of the above
It does not cover data we process on behalf of clients as part of a service engagement (that’s governed by the individual client agreement, not this policy).
3. Information we collect
a. Information you give us directly
- Name, email, phone number, company, job title, and any message content when you fill out a form (contact form, GTM diagnostic tool, lead magnet download, event registration)
- Messages you send through the Qai chat widget
- Any information you share on a call or by email once we’re in touch
b. Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and time on page, collected through standard analytics and website tools
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5)
c. Information from visitor identification technology
We use, or plan to use, technology that matches anonymous website traffic to company- and sometimes person-level data (for example, identifying that someone from a specific company visited a specific page), using IP address and other technical signals matched against third-party business databases. This happens without the visitor filling out a form.
We use this to understand which companies are interested in Qualeady and to prioritize outreach — we do not use it to build individual profiles for resale, and we do not sell this data.
4. How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Respond to inquiries and follow up on form submissions or chatbot conversations
- Reach out to companies or individuals who show buying intent on the Site, based on visitor identification data
- Send relevant marketing communications (you can opt out any time, see Section 8)
- Improve our website, content, and marketing based on aggregate visitor behavior
- Maintain security and prevent abuse of the Site
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for:
- Site functionality
- Analytics (understanding traffic and behavior patterns)
- Marketing and retargeting (e.g., LinkedIn, Google)
- Chat functionality (Qai)
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.
6. Third-party tools we use
We work with the following categories of service providers, who process data on our behalf or receive data as part of running the Site:
CRM & chat platform — Storing contact submissions, running the Qai chatbot, email/SMS follow-up
Visitor identification technology — Matching anonymous traffic to company/contact data
Website hosting provider — Hosting the Site
Analytics tools — Understanding site traffic and performance
Email delivery provider — Sending transactional and marketing email
These providers only receive the data needed to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
7. How we share information
We share information with:
- The service providers listed in Section 6
- Legal or regulatory authorities, if required by law
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
8. Your choices
- Marketing emails — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us directly.
- Chatbot — you can decline to share information with Qai; declining may limit what it can help with.
- Cookies — controllable via your browser settings.
- Access, correction, deletion — you can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing Hello@qualeady.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time, generally 30 days.
If you are located in California, the EU/UK, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (CCPA, GDPR, etc.), you may have additional rights, including the right to know what categories of data we’ve collected, the right to opt out of certain processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us and we’ll address your request under the applicable law.
9. Data retention
We keep contact and inquiry data for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, maintain our client and prospect records, and comply with legal obligations — generally no longer than 24 months after our last interaction, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
10. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
